Junction is one of the Structures in Final Factory.
Junction Splits items evenly to all connected connectors
Junction Functions and Mechanics[edit | edit source]
Junction is a Station logistics structures that works as a splitter. It allows up to 2 inputs to be distributed thru connected outputs.
Junction by default splits all the input resources evenly between the connected 
Connectors. It is possible to set up a priority path. In that case all the resources will go to the selected Connector and when that belt is full it will start splitting resources between other connected outputs.
Junction can also act as a junction, meaning that its possible to cross 2 Connector belts and configure the outputs to keep using respected belts.
Junction have inventory size of 2 stacks.
Junction Tips[edit | edit source]
List of Tips for mastering the Junction usage and production:
- If player wants to merge several belts to one output its recommended to just connect Connectors together. It will result in lower power consumption.
- Junction doesn't work if its connected directly to the building. So Connectors between structure and Junction is a necessary part of the layout.
