Ice is one of the Raw Resources in Final Factory.
Early game Ice can be mined from Comet Fragments.

Ice isn't widely available in early game, so player needs to explore and harvest Comet Fragments to get Ice.
Once Organic Compounds have been researched, Ice can be gathered using 
Comet Catchers.
